Q1. How to change password at portal? Kindly follow the steps:
• After Login --> My Account --> Change Password.
• After selecting change password option.
• Enter the current password and new password in appropriate fields and click on "submit"
• Screen will prompt with message “Password changed successfully. Please login with new password”.
Q2. I forgot my password. How can I get a new one? Forgot password option is available at Home page.
Q3. How to update email -id and mobile number at portal? You have to login with user name and password, then you can edit it from profile detail option. Login --> My Account --> Profile Detail.
Q4. User could find that their user id got logged out from portal automatically. After login system/screen is ideal for 15 or more than 15 minute, User become logout automatically. Kindly login again with provided credentials.
Q5. Issue Login Id is locked or user is getting message: 'User is already logged in from another computer/system'. For security reason user cannot logged in from two systems simultaneously. User should make proper logout otherwise he/she will be locked for next 15 minute. Activate user option also available to unlock
Q6. How to share data on NRLM - Bank linkage portal? Kindly follow the steps:
• After successful bank login.
• Go to Data Sharing option and select appropriate option (upload loan file, upload transaction file ...)
Q7. What is the format of file (loan, transaction, close) sharing? Format template link is available at upload (loan, transaction, close) file page under bank login.
Q8. User (Bank) is unable to upload files. (ERROR: Upload Bank file should be in the same format as downloaded excel) Format template link is available at upload (loan, transaction, close)file page under bank login.
Q9. What is the current status of uploaded file (loan, transaction, close)? At file upload page table is available, which shows current status of all files.
Q10. User (Bank) is unable to upload next month file. (Message: File cannot be uploaded. Previous month file not successfully processed) After successful processing of previous month file user will be able to upload next month file.
Q11. File is getting rejected what could be the reason. Reason is present under Data Sharing>>Data Sharing Remarks Report.
Q12. File rejected with reason Loan-date is not in proper format. Loan-Date should be in yyyy-mm-dd format, same should be appeared in formula cell also.
Q13. File rejected due to disbursement greater than 25% of previous fin-year. Total disbursement amount uploaded in (for April, May, June) month loan file cannot be greater than 25% of previous fin-year disbursement amount.
Q14. File rejected with reason NPA-date is not in format. NPA-Date should be in yyyy-mm-dd, same should be appeared in formula cell also.
Q15. How to get loan file rejected records detail? Kindly follow steps:
• Under bank login --> Data Sharing Exception Report.
• Under state login --> Data Sharing --> File rejected records option.
Q16. Bank want roll back data because they have wrongly uploaded less/more number of records. Ask him for sending mail with bank name, month of file, along with reason
Q17. State User - How to get userid detail of any district and block user? Kindly follow steps:
• Under state login --> Mapping -->Login detail list.
• Select District name from dropdown whose login detail they want to see.
Q18. State User - How to view bank wise, branch wise detail of any district? Kindly follow steps:
• Under state login --> Mapping --> Block Mapping option
• User can see Bank wise branch detail of selected district.
• After selecting bank name from dropdown, branch wise detail of that district can be seen.
Q19. State User - How to do mapping of block when bank - branch is mapped up to district level? Kindly follow steps:
• Under state login --> Mapping --> Block Mapping option
• Select District and bank name from dropdown.
• Branch wise detail will appear.
• Select appropriate block name against branch then click on "Update" button.
Q20. State User - How to map IFSC code to district and block? Kindly follow steps:
• Under state login --> Mapping --> IFSC Mapping option
• Enter IFSC code in text box then click on search option.
• Bank name, branch name detail will appear in a table.
• Select appropriate district and block in table then click on update.
Q21. State, District User - How to get detail of any IFSC code? Kindly follow steps:
• Under state, district login --> Mapping --> IFSC Search.
• Enter IFSC code in text box then click on search option.
• Bank name, branch name, State Name, district Name details will appear in a table.
Q22. State User - How to see Pending loan application detail? Kindly follow steps:
• Under state login --> Pending loan application report option.
• Select district name from dropdown.
• Bank name wise count of (Submitted Application, sanctioned application, rejected application, pending application) submitted by district field functionaries will appear in a table.
Q23. State, District User - How to get detail of any loan account number of our state? Kindly follow steps:
• Under state & district login --> Loan account Search option.
• Enter loan account number in text box then click on search option.
• Loan disbursement (Loan date, loan amount, ROI, SHG name, sb account number, NRLM compliant marking date), transaction details and Interest Subvention detail will appear.
Q24. State User - How to get loan file rejected records detail using state login? Kindly follow steps:
• Under state login --> Data Sharing --> File rejected records option.
• Enter loan account number in text box then click on search option.
• Select bank category then bank name from dropdown.
• File wise rejected records count will appear in a table.
• By clicking 'Show data' against any file, user get file wise rejected records detail with reason.
• User can download details from 'download excel' option.
Q25. State User - How to download IS? Kindly follow steps:
• Under state login --> Download--> IS download option.
• Select appropriate Phase from dropdown of which user want to download IS.
• Detail will appear in table then click on download option.
• If user is unable to view detail data then send a detailed email about the issue.
Q26. State User - How to upload disbursed data file at portal. Kindly follow steps:
• Under state login --> upload disbursed file
• Select Phase from dropdown and upload corresponding file.
Q27. District User - How to enter Pending loan application detail? Kindly follow steps:
• Under District login Menu --> pending loan application Entry option.
• Select Fin - year, month, bank, branch from dropdown.
• District field functionaries can make an entry for submitted applications, sanctioned applications, rejected applications at their end then click on submit.
Q28. District User - How to add bank Mitra details? Kindly follow steps:
• Under District login Menu --> Add Bank Mitra Details option.
• Select block, bank, and branch from dropdown.
• Then make an entry of bank mitra by filling the fields Bank Mitra Name, Village Name, Panchayat Name, SHG Member, SHG Name (Yes/No), Mobile No and clicking on the submit button. We can add more new Bank mitras by clicking on ”Add New Row Button”
Q29. District User - How to add bank Sakhi details? Kindly follow steps:
• Under District login Menu --> Add Bank Sakhi Details option.
• Select block, bank, and branch from dropdown.
• Then make an entry of bank sakhi by filling the fields Bank Sakhi Name, Mobile No and clicking on the submit button. We can add more new Bank Sakhi's by clicking on ”Add New Row Button”
Q30. District User - At NRLM Complaint Marking page, SHG's/branch are not appearing. This is issue could occur because un mapped branch detail:
• Request state user to map particular branch detail up to district level.
• If branch is not available at master then send a detail email (bank, branch, IFSC code, state, and district).
Q31. Issue in reports: data mismatch (outstanding amount, disbursement amount, and number of SHG's) User is request to check report figures with their last upload file details or that fin-year uploaded file data and if they still find any discrepancy send a detail email.
Q32. Outstanding amount is not appearing as per bank data record. For CC type account outstanding amount should be in negative, if it was positive in file then system has convert it in zero. User is requested to check their last uploaded file records.
